Walking Street Phnom Penh

Walking Street Phnom Penh was launched in February 2025 and now has over 1,400 vendors selling everything from local food to souvenirs. In addition to the street food and Cambodian souvenirs you can also find local handicrafts, local art on display, as well as cultural and even musical performances.

Since the opening of Walking Street Phnom Penh in early 2025, it has become one of the capitals major attractions drawing an estimated 80,000 to 100,000 visitors every weekend. Sources indicate that in 2025 Walking Street Phnom Penh attracted nearly 6 million visitors!

Where is Walking Street?

Phnom Penh’s Chaktomuk Walking Street is located on Preah Sisowath Quay (Phnom Penh Riverside). Starting in front of the Royal Palace, Walking Street Phnom Penh, runs the entire length of Sisowath Quay up to in front of the Night Market.

When is Walking Street Open

Walking Street Phnom Penh is not operational every day. Walking Street operates only on Saturday and Sunday evenings, from 6 PM – 11:00 PM.
