Emergency Contact Information
The Irish Embassy’s working hours are 9am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday, with a one-hour break from 12pm to 1pm. If you are an Irish National with a genuine emergency while the Embassy is closed, please contact +84 24 3974 3291. Alternatively, contact the Department of Foreign Affairs in Dublin on +353 1 408 2000.
Irish Citizen Registration
Irish citizens travelling or living in Cambodia are encouraged to register with the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade. By registering, the Embassy of Ireland Hanoi, Vietnam will be able to contact Irish citizens in the event of an unforeseen crisis or family emergency while they are overseas.

If you are an Irish citizen travelling or living in Cambodia, we recommend that you visit The Wild Rover Irish Pub in Phnom Penh for a taste of home! The Wild Rover is a stone’s throw from the Royal Palace, the National Museum and the Riverside Phnom Penh – and is probably the best bar in Phnom Penh to meet the Irish community.
